Solve : XP driver installer error?

Hi Guys

I just did a CLEAN xp on my Toshiba Satellite laptop.

Problem I have is than when I try to install 'DRIVER Tool' I GET the following message;

Error 1330: A file that is REQUIRED cannot be installed
because the cabinet file
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\MSI98.tmp had an invalid digital
signature.  This may indicate that the cabinet file is
corrupt. Error 266 was returned by WinVerify Trust.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many thanks  Use the Driver CD that shipped with the machine to re-install all drivers,,,
Chipset drivers should gi 1st...
