Solve : Y can't i download??

Every time I try to download some thing on my computer it immediatly does a restart and I don't know y!!

I have windows Xp PROFESIONAL, service pack 1 (beacuse I gave my pc to a technition that made a format and he installed only the OS no service pack and other things).

If u need other information just post and I will tell u!!

I strongly suggest you get at least Service Pack 2:
