Solve : Yahoo Instant Messenger - issues when installing. Can anyone help?? |

Answer» This program has FAILED to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect". This is the message I get, EVEN when I go in and make sure to delete every PART of the old version first..... I have even tried to install the 9.0 versions instead of the 10.0 version.... can anyone help me with this? Windows Vista is what we are currently running. I'm definitely not an expert and could use some advice. Thanks!Try to UNINSTALL the current yahoo messenger, and then install the new one... I think yahoo messenger is always running in any windows operating system..Nope, not if it's set to not start during startup of Windows. That setting is in Yahoo Messenger Preference settings. |
