When I try accessing a secure website(such as hotmail), my connection gets refused. All of them were fine. Sadly, I had turned off System Restore before this secure connection thing occured, so I can not do that. I will try the remaining methods later.

i think the cause is in the security settings in ur IE.

tools > internet options > advanced
scroll down to security
ensure SSL 2 and SSL 3 are both checked.
