Answer» State list contains subjects of state and local importance like polics, trade, commerce, agriculture etc. The state government alone can make laws related to these subjects. And union list have subjects of national importance like defence, foreign affairs, banking,communication etc. The union government can alone make laws related to the subjects that are included in the union list. And 3rd is concurrent list Local police, trade, and all the activity of state came under state list......defence foreign affair , etc acme under union list... |
