Answer» Equation of the line in two point form is \(\frac {y-y_1}{y_2-y_1} = \frac {x-x_1}{x_2-x_1}\) ∴ The equation of the side BC is \(\frac {y-0}{6-0} = \frac{x-2}{-1-2}\) \(\frac {y}{6} = \frac {x-2}{3}\) ∴ – 3y = 6x – 12 ∴ 6x + 3y – 12 = 0 ∴ 2x + y – 4 = 0 |
