Answer» Solution :i] Copper should be used in the transmission LINES because copper is a REALLY GOOD conductor and does not heat the surface like manganin. ii] Whereas manganin is used in ELECTRICAL heating devices because the heat is trapped and results in the heating effect of ELECTRICITY. |
