What are coaxial lenses and where are they used?

Answer»

Solution :COAXIAL lenses are lenses having common principal axes. A compound microscope, in its simple form , consists of coaxial lenses ( two lenses having same principal axes ) mounted on the outer ends of the hollow metallic TUBES. One of the lenses ACT as the OBJECTIVE and the other as the eyepiece.
