| Answer» There are two routes in which fedarlism can be formed ,this determines the power balance between different authorities of the government the 1st route is coming together in this this small independent states come together to form a larger unit by polling their soverginity ,replacing their identity and also increase their security,in this all authorities have equal power, ex USA,Switzerland etc.In holding together a large country divedes into smaller units in this the central authority has higher power than the authorities ,and also some authorities have more power than the other thus there is no identical powers ,ex,India ,etc | |
