Answer» Subjects that do not fall in either the Union, State or the Concurrent List are known as the residuary subjects. These fall within the jurisdiction of the Union Government. The Parliament has powers\xa0to make any law with respect to any matter which is not a part of the Concurrent List or State List. This is known as residuary power.\xa0 Matters which are not included in division of powers. |
