Answer» Try to always maintain your voice,try not to shout and whisper, wear scarfs around your neck in cold weather its god gift dear no worries try to talk politely n swetly with others lastly if u r not an atheist than u can worship god n meditate for half an hour regularly without fail☺☺hope you find this idea helpfulall the best ???? |
