Answer» A scorecard is used for measuring EMPLOYEE performance or a business process. It provides a representation of progress across time in the VISUALIZED format. It belongs to an indicator. The initial STEP is defining the INDICATORS that you wish to measure. You can enhance scorecards by adding aggregates, targets, breakdowns(scores per group), and time SERIES. |
