Yes , it is important in all the countries but specially in big countries like India which cannot be run with single goverment as it is difficult to do Sharing of power between the parties When the power is shared between different level in a nation..... Is power sharing it is very necessary to have power sharing in a nation without power can\'t be controlled in countries... Ex democracy is a power sharing government...!
