Answer» •It was a act passed by Imperial Legislative Council in 1919 in order to suppress the voice of indians aginst the colonial rule.As per this act "Any indian could be arrested for two years without any reason or cause and could be kepted in unknown place without trail for two years"the indians seem this law as a "Black Bill" passed by Britishers and thus as they started the non voilent movement against the britishers (Rawlett act) knownly by Rawleet Satyagrah.
