| Answer» Slash and burn agriculture is a method in which forests are cut down and burnt to clear land for cultivation. The land obtained is fertile and cultivation is practiced on it for few years before it is left for regeneration of vegetation and people move to other place to cultivate. This is a part of shifting cultivation. | |
