Answer» It was a practise of killing rats started by the Vietnamese inorder to recieve haevy prices from the French... But instead of killing the rats they only cut yeh tails of rats and show to the French as a proof... They did this bcos they had a fear that after they ll kill the rats then a time will come when they would not be able earn heavy bounty from French..... Plague in the modern part of France. |
