Time `(t_1)` = 30 min = 30 x 60 s
Heater Power `(P_2)` =600 W
Time `(t_2)` = 20 min = 20 x 60 s
To find: The device which CONSUMES more power
Formula : Energy = Power x time
Solution: TV SET
`E_1=P_1 xx t_1`
= 500 x 30 x 60 = 900000 J
HEATER
`E_2 = P_2 xx t_2`
=600x 20 x 60 = 720000 J
`therefore E_1 gt E_2`
Energy consumed byTV set is more than Energy consumed by Heater
