Answer» When the narrator saw the news about Sebastian recovery ,he felt that boy whom he met in game was not the boy about whom the news came because how could this possible that a boy who exist in reality came into game and recovered in game .But when he saw the image of that boy he startled on seeing that the boy which recovered from state of coma and the boy whom he met in game was similar. No, earlier he when he heard his name he thought might this person is not shultz but when he saw his face and read the article in the newspapr then he was sure this is the sebastian shultz only No , he remember\'s the face of shultz and ultimately clicks that both are same.
