Why do you think MGNREGA 2005 is referred to as \'Right to work\'?

1.	Why do you think MGNREGA 2005 is referred to as \'Right to work\'?
Answer» Because it provides 100 days employment to the people who are willing and are in need of work and government also promises allowances if it fails to provide employment. Beacuse it allows the unemployed people to get employment in any type of work .And the govt. should provide employment to the unemployed within the time period of 100 days and also if the govt. failed to do so it have to pay allowances to the unemployed people. I WISH IT MAY HELP U... ..
