Answer» Kerala has low IMR because :-(i) It has very high literacy rate and literate people take care of their children better as compared to illiterate.(ii) Literate people also have high earning capacity so they can afford basic necessities for their children. Bcoz of adequate provisions of basic health care and educational facilities.. as their is high development of education and health facilities |
