Why men work is more visible than female work? |
| Answer» We live in a patriarchal society wherein for ages women have delegated to domestic work or care work that are not deemed very important and earns little or no remunerations.On the other hand, men have not indulged in domestic jobs. They have been working outside the house and so the work done by them is more visible than that done by women. Because of a patriarchal mindset, there has been sexual division of labor and a belief system that propagates that men do more important work than women do.\xa0\xa0 | |
