Answer» Holozioc nutrition is a nutrition in which organisms consume whole food and utilise them Holozoic nutrition means the break down of solid complex food materials It involves ingestion digestion absorption assimilation and egestion A mode of heterotrophic nutrition wherein an organism consumes food, digest the nutrients in the food breaking complex molecules down into simpler forms and then, absorbing them into the body is known as HOLOZOIC NUTRITION. It has mainly 5 stages namely INGESTION, DIGESTION, ABSORPTION, ASSIMILATION and EGESTION. |
