| Answer» Because when sun is slightly below the horizon the sunlight coming from densor to more densor air refracted downward.Because of this sun appear to be raised above the horizon .so rising of sun can be seen before two minutes . Similarly due to atmospheric refraction the sunrise is seen after two minute even after the sun set beliw the horizon | |
