Answer» firstly in buccal cavity, the food with the help of saliva it starts converting into sugar then going through oesophagus it goes to stomach, neutralization of food takes place & here, in stomach incomplete digestion takes place then going to small intestine neutralization of acids takes place and then in large intestine starch completely gets converted into sugar (maltose)
