Explain the law of independent assortment. |

Answer» Mendel was considered as \'Father of Genetics\' as he could explain different facts of inheritance after performing lot of experiments on pea plants. He considered genes as units of heredity. He has prosed a set of laws called as Mendelian laws. One such law is Law of independent assortment.Law of independent assortment states that when two pairs of independent alleles are brought together, they exhibit independent dominant effects.
