Answer» Resistance is depend on crossection area of conductor. Resistance is depend on length of the condutor Resistance is depend on temperature of the conductor Resistance depend on the nature of the conducter. Factors on which the resistance of a conductor depends are:(a) Length of the conductor : : Resistance is directly proportional to the length of the conductor L. i.e., R ∝ L.(b) Cross-sectional area of the conductor :: Resistance R of conductor is inversely proportional to its area of cross-section A. and R ∝ 1/A(c) Nature of the material of the conductor : Nature of the material also determines the resistance of the conductor.
