How i decreases my sleeping time? |

Answer» You can exercise daily and then you can play at free time I have an idea to get up early. Set your alarm as early as. Then also if yours mood is not in wake uping at that time so wear socks and then try to sleep by covering yourself in a light blanket. By doing this you are unable to sleep again at the same time. You can do daily exercise and yoga....it will take some time...bt this is an effective way ! Okay I hope do work ?? Control yourself and daliy exercise morning walk and other some exercise ?☺️ |
