Answer» Nutrition are only of two types..... autotrophic and heterotrophic. All these you mentioned above are the different processes of the body not the type of nutrition..... Ingestion,digestion,absorption,assimilation,egestion Ingestion :taking of food in our mouth through handDigestion : the process of breaking down of complex food into simple food particle. Absorption : the process of absorption of digested food by the help of Villi in small intestine. Assimilation : after absorption digested food enter and goes to different cell like spread all over body and release energy in mitochondria in the cells.
