Answer» Thanks This law is also known as snell\'s law nd according to this law :-1. The normal ray incident ray nd the refracted ray all lie in the same plane.2. The ratio of sine of angle of incidence to the sine of angle of refraction is a constant. And this constant is known as refractive index (HOPE IT HELP U) (i) The incident ray, the refracted ray, and the normal at the point of incidence all lie in the same plane.(ii) The ratio of the sine of angle of incidence to the sine of the angle of refraction is a constant and this constant is called the index of refraction or refractive index.
