Answer» Limitations -:1) It was applicable till calcium only.2) Newland assumed that there are only 56 elements existed in nature and no new elements will be discovered in future.3) He placed two elements having different properties together in same spot i.e- Co and Ni4) Iron resembles with cobalt and nickel but was placed far away.5) When noble gases were discovered the whole arrangement was disturbed.
