Answer» It's always challenging to describe your personality and that too in limited words. But keep in mind that it is a non-blind interview. The INTERVIEWER already has a LETTER of recommendation and can SENSE how your previous EMPLOYEES actually assess you. They just want to see how much your perception lines up with your reality. So be real. |
