Non-metals do not react evolve hydrogen gas when react with water,steam or dilute acids .why?? |

Answer» Because hydrogen is a acid nature.Hydrogen react only acids(metals). Non metal does not displace the hydrogen from acid, water, steam becouse it was less reactive than hydogen so, it do not react with acid, water and steam Non metals dont react with acids bcoz they are themselves acidic in nature |
