Answer» But when we use formula P=I^2R then resistance is directionally proportional to P then what is the correct answer.... 40 watt bulbs r of more resistance{in India} as if we take voltage as 220V and put in FORMULA=R=Volt square divided by power 60 watt has resistance 806 but 40 watt has resistance 1200
