Answer» They both contain acids when acid react with copper they form a poisonous salt which is harmful for our body. Pickel and curd contain acid and when acid react with metal to produce salt and hydrogen gas.when acid(present in curd and pickel) react with copper utensils to produce poisonus salt .which is harmful for our health.thats why it is not stored in cu utensils Bcause the metal react with acid an form co2 Pickles & curd contain acid which with come in contact with cu than form poisonous salt |
