Prove 5−2×√3 is an rational number

Answer» Okkk
In this first we will assume it a rational number.then we will assume a/b are co-prime numbers.theb we will put it equal to a/b . Then we take 5 towards RHS and 2 also towards RHS and then we can easily prove √3 a irrational number .And then we will use the property of irrational number that The product of a rational number and irrational number is irrational number then another property of irrational number that The subtraction of a irrational number from a rational number is a irrational number.HENCE PROVED.
