The correct OPTION is (a) 45.8°C

For explanation I would SAY: NH2O = 4, \(\frac{P_{H_{2}O}}{P} = \frac{N_{H_2O}}{N_{total}} = \frac{4}{40.32} => P_{H_2O} = (101.32 kPa)[\frac{4}{40.32}]\) = 10.05 kPa

Tdew-point = [email protected] = 45.8°C.
