Answer» Corrosion- you must have observed that iron particles are shiny when new but get coating with red brownish powder when left for some time is known as corrosion also it is termed as rusting..... common term to say corrosion is rusting. Yes rusting called corrosion,but corrosion of iron is called rusting.thats why the diff arises between rusting and corrosion.whereas corrosion means detoriating of metal by action of air |
