Answer» The seed is living but shows its characteristics only when it gets appropriate conditions such as warmth ,moisture ,water,soil.Till then it is dormant but cannot be classified as non living Till they not have the movement or processes like growthing ,respiration ,circulation and excretion they will not come into living beings ......or things ????
