Presently i have 256 ram , .8 processor , and i am not able to get the full SPEED.What kind of internet connection do you have? your download speed won't outright say that you're getting 512kbps, it will most likely say something an eighth of that like 64KBps. That's because ISPS are talking in kilobits, and BROWSERS use kilobytes. When you download something, do you get that speed? or a lot slower?u can also check your speed at www.speedtest.net it is of course displayed in kbps |
