Solve : A laptop is equipped with Intel Celeron??

From the beginning of Pentium, Intel has developed Core, Centrino and now P4. They are the CPUs of main STREAM but cost-effective. Currently Intel developed Celeron for LOW PRICE market.

I saw a laptop, it’s FEATURE:
OS: WINDOWS 8 system,
CPU: Intel Celeron
CPU Frequency: 1.8GHZ
Core: Dual-Core
RAM: 2GB DDR3

Would that be blocked when working? Anybody knows the limitation of Celeron CPU?
