ThanksNo you don't have to get rid of IE or even disable it. FF and IE can coexist quite happily. Actually I would recommend you keep IE around since you'll need it if you EVER have to visit Windows Update.
I cant think of anything you need to do before downloading it. All the fun STARTS after FF is installed and you begin to CUSTOMIZE it. Thanks Deerpark,

So there is simply nothing that i need to do before downloading FF, good Ok downloaded firefox just now, its nice.
