It could be caused by any number of problems.  First step is to look at any changes you've made lately to your system.  Upgrades, software, etc.

You haven't really described your problem, but I'm guessing that you think your system is handling things more slowly, especially your browser.  Otherwise everything is normal?

If so, problems LIKE these can be caused by external problems too such as your ISP or the websites' service or load.

Internally, you could be overtaxing your PC somehow.  Try turning off/shutting down other programs and PROCESSES.  Temporarily disable background scanners (anti-virus, firewall, adware, malware).  Does this 'fix' your problem?

You could try another browser too.  If you don't already have it, Firefox is a good alternative.  You can get a free copy here:  http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/

Beyond the above, you need to give more detail.  What are/were you using?  What have you changed?  What exactly did each of the recommended spyware/adware bots report?  I'd be surprised if all reports were perfect, especially if you use the internet.
