I am having trouble playing the gameAge of EMPIRE III, does anybody know if AOE3 requires acess to the "My DOCUMENTS" folder because Mine is on a NAS.

Al968"my documents" is where AoEIII stores its SAVE files. so yes, it does need access to it.

NAS = Network Attached Storage
Any way to change the location of where it stores its save files ?

Al968im sorry i do not know how to change the directory. you might try looking for a directory change option in the in-game settings. if that doesnt work you might have to edit a FILE to change the directory. i would suggest going to http://google.com and trying to find instructions on how to edit the file(s). sorry i could not be of more help.
