Solve : avant browser troubles?

hello to all. I am encountering a weird issue with the latest version of avant browser. when I try to open it, I am getting an error message "avant browser has stopped working" and then I need to close the program. it worked just fine until now. I tried to reinstall the browser, but no POSITIVE results. I am trying to keep my favorites which I have accumulated over the years. I hope somebody can help !
still hoping some help with issue on avant browser. I erased all previous files on my laptop, then downloaded again. still the same result: it does not open at all.
help?
Since avant doesn't even register on the charts of any browser usage statistics sources I've seen, I think you will have difficulty getting help with it. They are supposed to have a support forum at http://forum.avantbrowser.com/ but it's not displaying for me. Perhaps it's temporarily down for maintenance. I suggest you try it later. They should be located in User Profile/Favorites.@ patio: yep, there're down indeed! it seems that I am having some trouble to access User Profile/Favorites...You may need to turn on "show hidden files and folders" in Windows Explorer...
