I now receive several emails every day supposedly from a variety of banks and financial services. These include the bank and financial service I use. They suggest that there is something wrong with my account or that they have a service to offer if I log in. I delete these IMMEDIATELY. They are a nuisance so I would like to prevent them arriving. I know I can use filters but there may be better proven methods to handle this matter. I use Firefox and Yahoo Mail.1st contact your ISP...they can block them better than you can...
2nd Report them to the FCC...most people don't do this and the FCC actually will act rather quickly...
3rd Consider visiting our Virus and Malware section to get a clean bill of health...

I almost forgot....install Chrome....so I can do more of Thank you. I will follow this advice. My bank has PUT out a warning message that goes with every time I do a genuine log into the account. I also reported the matter to the financial institution and have had no more problems on that one.Keep in mind a Bank will NEVER e-mail you for personal INFO...
Pf this happens delete it and call the Bank.

I hear google chrome has privacy issues. If you don't disable their auto suggest feature or something like that, google's servers will be able to capture what you're typing and the ip address associated with it and the guys at google can look at what you do on the internet. Just something I heard. I have the srware iron clone which they say have no privacy issues. Though this ain't my main browser anyhow....

I'm fairly certain that Patio is aware of this. I'm also quite certain that is recommendation was not sincere, but rather a complement to Broni's.
