Answer» Hello everyone, Have you gone to nVidia's website and downloaded/installed latest windows 7 drivers for this systems video card and correct version (64-bit ) since I see you have 8GB of RAM I assume your 64-bit and not running at the 3GB limit of 32-bit 7 Yes i did install the latest drivers of my card, motherboard cpu ETC.... Thank you for your respond.Sounds like a game bug with latest driver maybe. Quote It's a driver issue with 320.00. I got it with that driver and I have just resolved another thread where a guy had exactly the same problem. Do you have a copy of an OLDER driver to use, such as one that is on the CD that came with video card to test etc? http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1670302/bf3-graphics-issues.htmlNo it did not help i deleted all my nvidia drivers and downloaded an older driver but that didn't help, i've also tried even older ones but i still have the same problem. Another crazy thing is that i tried to record it with fraps but with fraps i can see the game proper but on my screen i see the same problem again.I wonder if your monitor display itself is acting up... Do you have another display to swap this one out with to test? Yes i tried on on my other monitor but nothing has changed.I assume you have uninstalled and reinstalled clean for this game? Other than that only other option to me seems to try a different resolution with the game to see if it doesnt wig out at a lower setting maybe. Also some video cards share system RAM with onboard Video Card RAM. So a memtest86 might be worth it, although I very much doubt you have a memory stick that is acting up with the video cards memory given that its just this one game. The Last thing you will want to ever have to do is replace the video card to satisfy one game that acts up when all others are fine. Given the hits on google for issues similar to your own, I'd say its something with the game itself.Thank you for your help nothing did work i also asked on other forums but nothing solved my problem. I formatted my C drive and cleaned then installed windows 8.1 again and now everything is working again. Strange but i think i had some corrupted driver files in my C drive without even knowing it so the best WAY was formatting my C drive. Anyway thank you for your help.Glad you have it working now with no problems. Although curious as to if just uninstalling and reinstalling this specific game vs a full wipe of the hard drive and reinstallation of OS and Games would have fixed it, since other games were running fine. I have run into issues before with a specific game and uninstalling just that game and reinstalling clean fixed it for me. Although I did have a long time ago an issue with GTA Vice City and a Pentium III 850Mhz computer with 256MB RAM and GeForce 4 MX440 64MB PCI video card and the problem with it starting a cartwheel and then dumping me back to desktop of Windows XP and this was only fixed by a reinstall of the OS and other games were fine on it. |
