Do you have a 64 bit OS? I sometimes had the same issues with this game on my vista 64 bit OS. If so, try putting compadability mode on.i've tried reinstalling the game and it still does it. I have 1gb or ram and 1.8 gig processor running win xp.I get no error messages at all I've even looked at the sys logs to see if there were and there was none.I've also checked for viruses and none of them either same with malware. I just did a clean repair install on my computer but before that it was happenning alot and since then it happens about twice a week. I've also cleaned the dust out of my computer i do that about every 2 months. when it does happen it will happen about half way thru the game then usually I will restart the game and it runs PERFECT through the whole game the second time around. it does happen randomly and I do have just my firewall on and anit-virus running but that's it.have you installed the latest patche(s) for the game?
