Not enough info...no matter the screenshot...OPEN Firefox browser. Click Help >> Restart with Add-Ons Disabled... This will restart your browser with all add ons disabled. Check if PROBLEMS persist.Do i restart in safe mode. CheersIf restarting it in addon disabled mode fixes it. Then that means one of the installed addon is giving that white screen. Restart in normal mode and disable addon one by one to see which one is creating problems. |
