Answer» SC, D1, D2, D2:LoD, W1, WII, WIII, WoW All games made by blizzard. Anyone else play any of them?I play Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, and I've had it for over two years. I still find it FUN. From what I've seen, World of Warcraft seems fun too, but I won't be playing it becuase of the monthly fee. Let's face it, $12.95 a month is NOT a deal... Especially when you don't have a job yet... :-/ FlameI know what you mean man. But the best I can play is Diablo 2:LoD... Starcraft = not strategy Diablo = fun but then got boring, (repetitive) Warcraft = not strategy WOW = major waste of time.. (if you like wandering around lost and level crunching then I guess you'll like it) I play Guild Wars instead, as it puts a bigger emphasis on PvP and less level crunching, thus less time, and also it has no montly fee.I used a hacking(offline duh) utility to put the fun back in D2. But SC was a lot of fun but its not as much afer you beat it. And if you dont have anyone else to make maps for you then you know how to beat your own and thats no fun. W1 was just to dificult to control for me. I dont remember the last time I played WII. W3 was to high a system requirements for me and I havent played WoW. Although I doubt I ever will.the way i see pay-per-month games (such as WoW) is that, if u have to pay every month, the game software should be free. im not going to BUY a game so i can PAY every month. thats a load of crap. if i wanted to BUY something so i could PAY monthly on it, it would be a house, a car, or other more important items. PS no wonder theres a THRIVING underground MOD community.i would also like to point out the xbox 360 as being one of those "ongoing investments". microsoft wants u to pay for everything, new sigs, new arcade games, EVEN NEW GAME UPDATES!!! i thought it was bad paying for the new halo maps, i only did because my friends wanted me to play with them on the new maps. first thing, microsofts sigs should be free, there little square pictures. hey i have an idea...lets spend 2 seconds on making a picture and sell it. secondly, the game updates. i am fully aware that updates require money. money for testers and programmers and the like. however, i believe in making these updates it keeps the game interesting for current players, so they play the game for longer, and more appealing to people that have not yet bought it. the fact that most updates boost popularity, in turn boosting sales, makes up for the money lost in making the updates. that is why i believe updates should be free. and finally, the arcade games. those are the only things i could understand that u would have to buy. just because the makers of most of the arcade games are independant companies. (such as the makers of bejeweled). i know if i spent endless hours making a small arcade game, i would want some CASH for them. neway, thats my rant about the microsofts $400 ATM machine. i mean the xbox360. ....dam i gotta take a couple of deep breathes, im all pissed off again. Entertainment ain't cheap! Pay to play isnt THAT bad. Its only $15 bucks a month! I mean comon! There are more useless things out there that need paying, like car gas! And you can easily pay to play, you just need a job, and a credit card, and a fast connection, and a good graphics card, and good RAM, and lots of free time and your good to go! Diablo, yea, that got repetitive, and the dueling sucked but it was nice to get good loot. Warcraft, is just plain fun to me, I spent my childhood plying it.Personally i agree with TN2Cool about guild wars, and its PvP element. and of course the freeness of it. But it would propli make more sense in games like WOW that they didn't charge monthly n every few months released an update disc like the guild wars chapters. (Factions etc).This is not a WOW tread so stop acting like you are in one, and if you don't like to pay for it cause you think its absurb, than thats your problem (I don't play either), but I kinda think EVERYBODY is acting a bit childish over it, I mean doing a sport you are having fun in, costs 15 euro as WELL, or lets say skating, they cost money as well, everybody spents it differently, and just let that be, you don't have to crack it off, these will only start flamewars, Respect people's decisions, and if you don't like to pay, then keep it to yourself and let everyone have their own thought about it. Back on topic. WarcraftI - Classic RTS game, one of the best of its time, graphically seen the best for its time. WarcraftII - same as WI but the gameplay was better. DiabloI - Classic RPG game with loads of things to do, and the battle.net version only extends the fun. DiabloII - Graphically almost the same as DiabloI, but still one of the best for its time, compared the widthness of DiabloI, this surely is worth the effort, and the story only proves that more. WarcraftIII - The gamebreaking game of all times on RTS level, the hero system is among the best up to date, and the gameplay can't nearly be better, if you only look at the various communities that are build for warcraftIII you will be amased, the resources that have been made for warcraftIII, skins, models and over more than 15000 custom made maps by warcraftIII fans all over the world. (this is my favourite blizzard game) World of warcraft - although many discuss weahter this or GW is better, it has to be admit that WoW is just a few nodges better in all aspects, I mean wow is a game that is constantly maintained by over 100's of specialist, and the game keeps expanding itself with tremendous rate....Other than that, highest quality graphics, great variety of spells, epic world to play in and one of the best gameplay. Starcraft - An enormous change at RTS's, this RTS featured one of the most coolest grapics along with one of the most inovative and proffesional campaigns there still is, they story displays a really POWERFULL energy and the off course the battle.net is one of a kind. I myself have WarcraftI, WarcraftIII, Diablo II and Starcraft

WarcraftI - Classic RTS game, one of the best of its time, graphically seen the best for its time.
WarcraftII - same as WI but the gameplay was better.
DiabloI - Classic RPG game with loads of things to do, and the battle.net version only extends the fun.
