Yes, that one needs some clarification.  My guess is he means being able to access web-based email accounts such as Hotmail or Yahoo Mail, but no other websites.  Again, just a guess.

If that is the QUESTION, I think it can be done like so.....

Tools->Internet Options->Privacy (tab)->Sites...

You can block every domain that exists except web based email ones.

Or maybe "Block Web Site Buddy 2.0" will help. Either Internet Explorer's way or other external website blockers, there's plenty if you CHECK out google.Hi,
Sorry i was in a hurry. My question is How can i block all the web traffic e.g port 80. But at the same time i need to allow traffic to yahoo.com. and hotmail.com. In other words only yahoo and msn mail domains are allowed to be access.

Thank you.Well, if it is just mail you want, you can achieve this with a router; block all connections on port 80. Then you can set up an email client (Thunderbird, Outlook...) and have them receive mail using the POP port and send mail on smtp port 25.

Tools for this would be:
FreePOPs
1st smtp server.

Maybe Ipsec? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813878

If u would like to use Proxy, there is option also in CONFIGURE-BLOCKING, Type the web address which u want to use. Other than typed/allowed web address, can't be accessed.

Thanks
Jaywhat ever sites you dont want just restrict them... Tools>Internet Options>security  ..then the big red RESTRICTED button.
